In Feed Hopper

The feeding bunker's screw conveyor operates automatically using level sensors in the inner feeding box of the Electrostatic Separator.

Electrostatic Separator

Nasib TR ESP 321 Electrostatic Separator operates entirely on its own with a PLC control unit. It can work continuously for 24 hours without any interruptions. It uses a dry separation method. Additionally, it consumes very little electricity. You can also choose to include an optional SMS or e-mail alert system for notifications.

Dust Collection Unit

Introducing the Envelope Dust Filter System featuring a high-quality polyester dust filter. The dust collection container comes equipped with wheels, making it simple to remove and dispose of dust quickly and easily.

In Feed Capacity

The capacity of the in-feed varies depending on the types of materials fed, their dimensions, and moisture content.

The Nasib TR ESP 321 has an in-feed capacity of up to 300 kilograms per hour for dry materials that are under 8 mm in size.

Equal-sized and dry materials ensure efficient separation.

When dealing with materials that are moist and have uneven granulometry, their capacity and efficiency tend to decrease.

Safety Precautions

When high voltage is present, ozone (O3) is produced. If the environment contains metals like Iron, Copper, and Aluminum and the temperature rises, the ozone can become explosive. To prevent this, a Dust Collection Unit is utilized to remove the ozone from the machine.

If there are any external interventions while the electrostatic separator is running, it will automatically shut down.

System Operators and Running The Machine

The process operates via PLC control, and typically, the feeding hopper is filled with big bags about four to five times during an eight-hour work shift.

The material is fed into the system, and once processed, it is filled into big bags. These bags are then transported from the big bag platform using a forklift.

One person can operate the system's automatic control, cleaning, and adjustments for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
